Dr. E. M. Kaye holds a PhD in Pastoral Ministry. She also has a Masters Degree in Biblical Studies, a B.Ed., and a B.A. Dr. Kaye lectures on a wide variety of digital ministry topics including social media, mobile ministry, digital giving, core digital technologies such as church websites, blogs, podcasts, streaming media, and downloadables including church bulletins and ebooks. She also developed the Contemporary Christian Digital Ministry program at Trinity College of the Bible and Seminary and teaches several digital ministry courses at the Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral levels.
Dr. Kaye was the founder of the Association of Virtual Worlds, a social media network for organizational leaders in digital technologies. The over 4,300 members in the AVW community included top executives from Fortune 500 companies, major universities, and government departments. Dr. Kaye is the author of Virtual Leader: Game-Changing Skills and Strategies of the New Enterprise Manager. She also served as the editor of Consumer Guide to Virtual Worlds; Enterprise Guide to Virtual Worlds; Tots to Teens: Parents Guide to Virtual Worlds.
She has been a guest on many radio and television programs. Her work has also appeared in national publications such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today. She was also the executive producer and host of a 13-part PBS lifestyle series for Baby Boomers.
